WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION AS A COLLABORATOR:

Guide and help clients on the best options to sell or buy their home, adapting their needs to each of their properties. In addition, you will be able to create, build loyalty and professionalize your client portfolio in order to work hand in hand with them.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION:

- Experience in the real estate sector or in the commercial sector because this will help you to have more ease in dealing with customers and achieve your goals but it is not necessary. We have a training plan where we give you all the tools to become a very good advisor.

- To be a 360º profile so that you can carry out the entire commercial process: recruiting, visits and negotiations, closings and assistance to signings.

- Be passionate about sales and have the time and availability of dedication necessary to make results happen.

- Be organized in your day-to-day work and be people and team oriented.

- To be registered as self-employed.
